Blue Ribbon Sushi sources and prepares the finest fish and shellfish from The Sea of Japan, local waters and beyond. The hot kitchen offers signature menu items including A5 Wagyu steaks, Crispy Rice with Spicy Tuna and Eel Sauce, Chicken Teriyaki with Broccolini, and of course Blue Ribbon's world-renowned Fried Chicken Wings with Wasabi Honey.

In Room Dining is currently available daily for breakfast service, 7am-10am, lunch service, 11am-4pm, and dinner service, 5pm-10pm, or 11pm on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays
Located just off the Hotel Commonwealth lobby, TsuruTonTan Udon Noodle Brasserie is open daily from 12:00-10:00pm for restaurant and outdoor patio dining and drinks. Take out and delivery options are also available.
